This means that your network connection has timed out for that particular
job (each write to a PVFS server is contained in its own job.).  On a
write, the PVFS client will retry a timed out BMI connection at least 5
times before it gives up completely.  So, if you are seeing this error at
times, don't worry.   If it bothers you, you can adjust the timeout value
and the number of times the client will retry in the config file.
