I got the answer from Matthieu, ipc are not freed with my stopping script (killall).
Solution:
$ for shmid in `ipcs | grep $USER | cut -f 2 -d " "`; do ipcrm -m $shmid; done

By the way, the rc script in the archive (examples/pvfs2-server.rc) does not clean this either.
