Yves: Sounds like the crash caused an inconsistency in the database. Do you happen to keep backups of your metadata? If so, using a backup will be the easiest approach. If not, are you in a situation where you can remove the current filesystem and build a new one? You will lose data. Again, If not, then we can work on removing the duplicate information. Let me know which way you want to go.
