My hvr-1950 seems to require "procreload=1" module option for pvrusb2.

On reboots or system halts, if I don't first power cycle the hvr-1950,
the newly booted O/S will load the pvrusb2 module, but fail to actually
do anything else with the device.

On the first boot with stale firmware loaded in the hvr-1950, I get
a /dev/video0 & no /dev/dvb. The /dev/video0 is unusable. On second
boot with the same stale firmware, I get neither /dev/video0
or /dev/dvb.

Let me know if you need a clipping of dmesg. Currently, I only see two
lines of debug in dmesg (when the pvrusb2 module is loaded).

I'm guessing this is more of a problem with a firmware hook? But I
currently see no hook in dmesg for firmwares.
