I've actually noticed those errors now on my oldest sample: the 29022 device. I thought on that device a long time that the tda9887 was hardwired and thus not controllable on the I2C bus. (That was my thought years ago when I first started playing with this driver, but from what I know now that statement doesn't really make sense. Probably worth a closer look.) > > I tested it also with http://linuxtv.org/hg/~mcisely/pvrusb2-20100205/ and > there are also no problems. > I think I'm going to have to scratch-install Debian Stable back on that laptop and try again - though I am still at a loss for how the distro could have any influence on this. But there are no other explanations I can come up with, especially given that this same laptop had no trouble operating 29xxx devices in the past. -Mike -- Mike Isely isely @ isely (dot) net PGP: 03 54 43 4D 75 E5 CC 92 71 16 01 E2 B5 F5 C1 E8 _______________________________________________ pvrusb2 mailing list [email protected] http://www.isely.net/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pvrusb2
