Isn't that the latest?

This OOPs was a sort of hard lockup for me in the sense that everything (all FS 
read/write/umount operations e.g.) stopped in 'D' state after this. I had to 
sysrq my way out of it.

Can you please verify that you are actually running the latest standlone 
driver?  The driver version running is reported to the kernel log but 
you didn't include that in your clip (it's one of the *very* first 
messages logged when the driver first loads).  The traceback looks an 
awful lot like one of the problems that was already fixed.
