Please give at least the usb id of your webcam and the output of the commande lsusb. Some newer philips is not supported by the pwc because it use a newer chipset (spcxxx), and if you give me specification about the webcam (size, frame rate, windows driver link) i'll see if your webcam is compatible with the pwc driver.
