It's an old QuickCam for sure. It's one of the old golf ball size
ones with the black focus ring. I had it sorta working once under the
Nemosoft drivers, and probably kernel 2.4.x, but now I run 2.6 of
course.

Here's the output for that device. From what I've seen in the logs
when I hacked the pwc-if.c file with some more error reporting, it
just can't find an endpoint with the right stuff. Here's my dmesg
