This is the last version of the pwc driver for kernel 2.4 http://www.saillard.org/linux/pwc/patches/linux-2.4.31_pwc-10.0.4.patch.bz2 Sorry but i don't have time to maintain an old patch. Newer features of the driver is for 2.6 kernel because 2.4 doesn't have a sysfs, or better usb stack.
