Okay. Here are the things you need to do:
1) make the name of the swiki all lowercase. Version 8 does not support
uppercase named swikis. Version 9 will.
2) filesLocation points to where to get the icons from. Thus
/default/files/gt is fine.
3) uploadServerPath needs to be /stocktonswiki/uploads/
That should work.
