That's strange... it wasn't supposed to be there. My fault.
Chango is some account management (plus more) stuff that Stephen Pair
uses on http://www.swiki.net. It's not included with Comanche, but when
I was merging the code forks (from svp and myself), I accidentally left
some code there.
