[pws] [ENH] Search progress bar

It's a hack, I know - but sometimes I just *hate* waiting for the Swiki to
finish. Have a look at
        http://swiki.gsug.org:8888/gsug/search?search=bla+1+2+3
(you should have JavaScript enabled in your browser). It looks for 4 words
which takes loooong.

Code is attached. It would be just GREAT if writing to the response stream
was supported in general in Swiki ...
