[pws] Server file set

Hi!

I'm trying to set up a PWS + Swiki at work, but I cannot find the server
files on the internet anywhere.  The links that I did find were broken.  :
-(

If someone can email that stuff to me, I may be willing to put them up on
the net on my own webserver, or even better, write a utility for PWS which
will generate the files from scratch!
