Whoops.  I guess I really meant that it would spit out standard HTML as
disk files that can be browsed standalone.  Swikis already spit out HTML in
response to HTTP requests.

I mean a swiki which can spit out its pages as standard HTML, either as one
large document or as separate pages.  This would let me post the contents
of a swiki on any webserver or on a local harddrive.

I believe there is a publishing swiki (maybe that's not the right term) for
PWS.   Somebody told me about this some months ago.
