The security stuff needs to be completely refactored. So, any kind of
work here may be suspect to not working anymore. Still, I think you are
bringing up a good feature. Is there a nice way to integrate this with
the security module. Perhaps a great way to start this is to think of how
the XML file needs to look. I'm not sure that the security.xml file is
optimal. For instance, how would I allow all IPs of type 130.207.*.*?
Perhaps we can have this in the next version of Swiki.
