There's a third patch on the web site now, but I doubt that's the 
problem. This sounds like a problem that an earlier patch fixed. To 
increase stability, you may want to serve uploads and buttons through 
another web server, such as Microsoft Personal Web Server. This should be 
fairly easy. Just change the uploadsServerPath and the filesServerPath 
for each of your swikis. I'll forward this to the PWS mailing list. We 
don't have any NT servers, so I'm not sure if that may be the problem.
