Please excuse enormous slowness, but here are the two fixes that I've
made the PWS folk wait too long for.
- The one finally does MIME type lookup for all files served from ServerAction
- The other implements Mark Schwenk's fix that makes authorization
work again with Exceptions.
PWS-ers, please let me know if there are any other urgent ones that
I've missed. (I recognize that these are stop-gaps until Comanche
gets folded into the image, but PWS should be usable in the image in
the meanwhile.)
