This is mostly a question directed to Jochen, but others may provide
valuable information as well..

so I am wondering whether beta 10 is still on schedule? And the
reason I ask is the following:
I hope to get permission from the ICT department of our institute to
experiment with swiki's that are accessible from outside our firewall.
However, they require an evaluation of the potential risks of
running a comswiki server across the firewall, and therefore probably they
need to take a look at the implementation etc themselves - as I can't
provide all the information that may need. Beta 10 is promised to be a lot
different, and I wonder whether that would affect such a risk-assessment
(and I thus should wait until I have beta 10 up and running)?
And the other question is: surely all you people involved in the
development of swiki's can provide a kind of risk-assessment? Are there any
risks in addition to the risks associated with any standard http server?

        thanks for your help

        Hans
