[pws] HTML -> Swiki Syntax

Has anyone played around with converting plain HTML pages into the Swiki
syntax?

We're exploring WYSIWYG editing capabilities for Swiki.net and would like to
have users of the plain Swiki editor co-exist with users using the WYSIWYG
editor.  It might also be useful for converting existing websites over to a
Swiki format.
