The anthology Squeakbook is at http://coweb.cc.gatech.edu/squeakbook
There isn't a link to my textbook -- at the publishers' request.

The Squeakbook chapter on networking (including Comanche) is by Bijan
Parsia, Lex Spoon, and Bolot Kerimbaev. A draft is up on the
Squeakbook CoWeb.
