[pws] archiving old uploads

        Last year someone (Bert Freudenberg?) made code available to rename
uploaded files that are replaced by newer ones, as  filename.1 etc. This was
a nice and I think necessary feature of public swikis and I expected this
feature in the newer releases of comswiki. However, that is not the case. I
would like to use it in com46swiki11, but I can't find the code anymore
(removed all obsolete swikis) - somebody has it somewhere? (assuming that it
will still work in the latest comswikis).
