I have no idea. You shouldn't have to use "ComSwikiLauncher
convertOldPages". My guess is that something may be problematic with the
setup or settings file. Try taking a fresh version of the new server,
creating a new swiki by your old swiki name and then just switching out
the pages directory.
The page format has not changed since Beta 11.
