Hi Dick,
what is your situation is not evident with what you say!
So I will guess...
A- If the page you talk about is really a Help page, i.e., a page you reach by
clicking on Help Icon,
you have to find it in one of the directory of your Swiki...to be able to edit it, (as
Mark said) more later
for that !
B- If you create a page, within a page you edited, typing *My New Page Name*, than you
saved that page,
than you want to change the name you gave to that page, you must do the following:
go to the page *My New Page Name*, edit the page and change the name of the page in
the TITLE BOX,
save everything, the name of the page will change, and so the name of the link you
made in the previous
page.
C- If the page is not your page, but simply a page written by someone else and locked
by that person, this
means that this page is not to be edited by other people. If this is your situation,
your claim become 'that
a text box be added for comments...'. Then the kind of Swiki is in question: is it a
reference swiki to share
ideas, or is it a documentation swiki...?
D- ??? I don't know what...
Now go back to hypothese A-
If this is your situation, and you have access to the swiki directory, you'll have to
find the Help page to
edit. The Help page for the administration of a swiki is labelled 'help.shelf', you
can find it in the
directory 'swiki/default/templates/help.shelf'. Don't try to edit that page while the
swiki is
running...problems are possibles.
If this is the kind of information you look for, but for other help page, let me know,
I played with that.
Cheers
