[pws] [PWS] missing "Link to this Page"

I am using the new Swiki from here
http://minnow.cc.gatech.edu/swiki/11

Setting:
I go to the HOME page.  I create a subpage from there, and then go to it.

Problem:
There is a link from the HOME page to the new subpage.  But there is no "Link to this 
Page" at the bottom of the subpage.  Pages under my subpage seem to work fine.
