Yes. Fancy cannot be copied over. You may have to edit the setup.xml
files to make Swikis that inherit from fancy instead inherit from refs.
Fancy is now just a color scheme. You should not move over refs, default,
docs, fancy, or forward.
Everything else should work fine.
