Last night, trying to track it down, my swiki server blowed away with:
CreateThread() failed (8) -- Not enough storage is available to process
this command.
After I restarted the server, the bug of the missing content when atatching
was gone. I will tell you if it comes back.
Q: Does this "CreateThread() failed (8)" have to do with the limiting
connections thing? I have intalled Lex patch; it should not be happening,
right?
