I am one who reported a problem. To recap,
I get a browser error page, 'cannot find server' when pressing the save button in edit
mode even though subsequent visits to the page (back button and refresh) shows it
updated ok.
I also saw frequent messages 'CreateThread() failed(8) - Not enough storage is
available'. (I have ample RAM).
One curiousity is that did work once or twice. In one case, there was a delay in
saving the page because it was on a drive which first had to spin up. So maybe there
is a timing problem. fwiw this is on an 866mhz machine.
A second problem I encountered is if I change the admin:password and try to update, I
get the same 'cannot find server' and then the server doesnt work at all. Restarting
the server fails in a primitive and I have to reinstall from scratch to recover.
I tried squeak 3.0 but I get the 'cannot find server' page right away as if the
server was never started. But i'm probably doing something wrong.
All i did to run the server was install squeak 3.0, fileIn Com47Swiki12.cs, evaluate
ComSwikiLauncher openAsMorph, and click 'start server'.
