[pws] XML configuration files

PWS folks,

I have been writing a DTD for the ComSwiki 4.5 beta 9 configuration
files (setup, settings, security).
I have looked at the following methods:
- SwikiModule>>setupFrom:
- SwikiBook>>loadSettings
- SwikiSecurityModule>>loadFromXml:
and in the SwikiSecurityModule class comment.
Is there anymore documentation about the xml format of these files?
