[pws] bug in imged?

I added a ref to the current machine in the imged swiki admin. What 
happened first was that the page contained no data. Later we 
restarted squeak and comanche would give the attached message:

I guess the problem lies in the fact that we are using apache as 
uploadserver - anyway, I don't really know how to fix it apart from 
going back to the backup version.
