This is doable. I'm attaching a file that is a secure swiki (like refs 
swiki). To use it, uncompress it and place the secure directory into the 
swiki directory. Then, edit the setup.xml files for all the swikis to 
have parent be secure, instead of refs. Reboot the server, and it should 
work.
