First answer: I don't know. I thought that if you had the squeak plug-in 
installed, then it would try to handle all project files (if it had the 
right MIME type). Does anybody know what MIME types the plug-in will 
handle? If so, we can add that to Swiki's MIME types and it should work.

Second answer: I'm working on a way to integrate projects with Swiki 
(similar to Bob's SuperSwiki). This will take a while to finish. If you 
are lucky, I might finish this by July 10th or so. If not, it may take 
until late into August.
