All,
Enclosed is a gz file that can be used to create
multiple template documents in a swiki. Unzip the file
at swiki directory, and restart you ComSwki server.
Steps to create a new template:
1) look at templates directory, or use the swiki
browser. You need at least create edit and show
templates. The template name must be in the format of
<templete name>-{edit | show}. Say, if you decide to
use "yoo" as you template name. The templates you need
to create are yoo-edit and yoo-show.
2) add your template name to template newLink which in
my example is at file mtdocs/templates/1
I have also create 2 actions that demo how you can
change the page layout.
Things need to improve:
a) the attach function is not work as I want. After
upload the file, you need to manually added to your
page.
b) if you look at pages/2.xml you can see <t name="1">
enclosed with tags of <text> and </text>. I haven't
find ways to change the name to symbolic name, such as
<t name="purpose">.
c) It looks like the creation process is different
from the regular method. The <t name="1"> will not
show up at the page, until you save the page.
