[pws] Templates for Swiki 1.1

Perhaps my last question didn't make sense, so I'll try again.

One major change I've noticed between Beta 11 and Swiki 1.1 has to do with
storage of templates and actions.  Instead of named files, the swiki now
contains folders of numbered text files which handle the per-swiki
configuration.

What is the future of Swiki customization?  What steps would I take if I
wanted to change the templates, or re-create some of my old template stuff
that I made for Beta 11 in the new system?
