Diego, I'm sorry.  It's August at an American University -- there are 
few people here.  Bolot has addressed some of your issues, but he's 
off studying for quals.  Je77 is currently in Germany.  I expect more 
of the issues on the list will get addressed soon, as I people start 
trickly back.
