[pws] Serving attachments off-site

I have a swiki with a huge number of rather large uploads.  So far, this
hasn't been a problem.  But, I figured that eventually I'd like to serve
the static uploads through a different server to relieve the unnecessary
load on Comanche.

The same server runs Apache and Comanche on different ports.  I can easily
point Apache to the uploads directory of the Swiki.  How do I get the
Swiki to generate URLs for the uploads that point the server on a
different port?
