yes it has, if you look close to imged swiki, then if you try to edit the
swiki-head you are in...

I'm afraid I really don't understanding this response -- aren't we 
talking about (a) ComSwiki (and Squeak VM) running on the server 
machine, and (b) a browser not being able to upload files to it? Does 
the Squeakland plugin, or even plugin compatibility, have anything to 
do with this issue? There is no plugin involved in browsing or even 
uploading to a Swiki.
