Restart the machine again. This seems to be a problem of Swiki not being able to read the 290.xml file upon start-up. This shouldn't be a problem with Lex's Linux VM.
Rebooting the system and starting it again should make it okay. Another possible culprit is that one of the .xml files is missing. I.e. If 200.xml is missing, 201.xml will not show up.
