[pws] Possible Fix (some NT user please try)

Some people have reported that uploading on NT no longer works for some 
reason. I have a theory that this is because of the privFileRename:toBe: 
primitive. I'm attaching a fix. Could someone who is having these upload 
problems on NT please try the fix and see if it helps.
