I've fixed this problem.
I forgot to escape quote charater(') inside navigation bar string.
Navigation bar have onMouseOver action which displays contained sub
category lists at browsers status window (at bottom of browser).
Category name including quote character(') caused this problem.
Joel's accurate report helped me finding out this bug greatly.

I added a minor enhancement for topics pages.
They are in Squeak codes and I uploaded new "TakoBookNavigatorE.cs".
