Do not know this is what you ask: For test reasons I soemtimes run two or three different comswikis - from different releases - on the same machine on different ports: they never interfere.

I don't see any serious problems popping up, as long as Comanche and PWS listen to different ports, but I don't recall anybody trying this before (I might have done that on development images, but a long, long time ago).
