What do you mean "more people trying to upload files"?  As in are there
multiple simultaneous file uploads?  I doubt that was happening (though
I'm not sure) because the crashes seem to be happening late at night.

I'll try upping the memory to 128M (it's on a machine with 2G of RAM) from
the default 20 and see if that helps.

Probably not.  Do I just overlay the latest squeak.image to update it?
