Weird. Usually, the Squeak process uses a small percentage of the CPU. Only when it is being accessed does it use more.
Are you saying that the swiki was unaccessible when at 0%? I imagine that start-up time could take a while on a 133 Pentium, but once it's started it should work without hick-ups. Peace and Luck!
