There seems to be someone who persistently misuses the main squeak Swiki
for, well, I'm not exactly sure what. The page he/she uses is the "Cheese"
page:

The ip of the person is:

(At least this is the last I've seen.)
If you look at the attachements for that page:

you'll see a *large* number of jpgs and a few mp3s.
So, I'm wondering what the right tactic is? I've been "cleaning up" the
page regularly, but I think the person is just uploading them (rather than
editing the page directly) so that's no disincentive.
I thought about locking the page as it's primarily of historical interest,
but that might encourage the person to go elsewhere on the swiki.
Any thoughts? Can we block the IP?
