Adam, I hate to tell you this, but performance on both servers seemed to be terrible. I remember you (or someone at TidBits) wrote an article recently (which means sometime in the last year or two for me) on setting up Packeteer on your network which freed up a bunch of your bandwidth which was being hogged by a listmanager...I ramble...you might try checking your packeteer (if you still have it running) and make sure things are tweaked right for http on ports 80 and 8080.
Another thing you can try is switching your scheme to another layout like text, simple, or poor. Better yet, you could create a new scheme that is completely text, but utilize something like CSS or a cool table with formatting to make it look nicer (see http://mac-tech.georgefox.edu/KnowledgeBase for an example -- I don't claim it's nicer though, just another way we did it). Or, you could run it on another Mac. We're using a Beige G3/266 and I've allocated a bunch of RAM to the Swiki (at least 40MB)--I don't know if that makes *any* difference though. Sean
