You'd need to run the server as a user that has the permissions to bind 
to port 80. This is a solaris problem. Apache uses a fairly sophisticated 
method to bind to port 80 and run in not user mode. Squeak does not have a 
similar functionality (or at least it isn't implemented for the Swiki).
