I've set up ComSwiki 1.3 to run as a service on my Win2000 Pro machine. I run the service as a special user and have set a quota on this user's disk space. When an upload exceeds the disk quota, the partial upload is left in swiki/default/temp instead of being deleted completely. Also, swiki does not catch this error condition or tell the user what happened. (On the plus side, swiki doesn't crash.)
