Weird. Which color scheme are you using? I just checked our server that is upgraded to the latest ComSwiki and it seems to work fine. You probably just need to put the appropriate icons (folder.gif, audio.gif, etc.) into the color scheme directory that you use and restart the server. If this is a standard color scheme, let me know which one gives you problems.
