This problem is way too vague for me to help here. These actually sound like two different problems.
Problem #1: The swikis don't come up at all (i.e. they are not on the main list) Solution: Check the settings.xml and setup.xml files Problem #2: Specific pages are missing from a server. Probable Cause: n+1.xml is either nonexistent or messed up, where n is the last page you can read. In either case, do not continue using the Swiki as using it could seriously mess it up.
