This certainly looks interesting! (Note: I missed the tutorial link at first, maybe that should be more prominent?) I'm a big proponent of todo.sh (http://todotxt.com), and this fits into the same category - and could even be useful beyond coding. FWIW, todo.sh supports nanoformats like @context and +project (tags and categories, essentially).
