Well, the rate handler is more CHANGED than improved for most people. Only 
large installations will probably notice a difference. If anyone sees 
anything weird that might be from scheduling of messages being sent to AOL 
be sure to report it.

But mainly I just wanted to explicitly recognize Robert Quattlebaum 
<darco at voria.com> for his patch to fix the disconnect detection. It's a 
significant fix that I never got around to tracking down, though it nipped 
me almost every day.

Hence why he's listed in the AUTHORs and such files....  Patches are  
working great Robert, thanks!  Or at least they appear to be working  
fine to me...  Folk who use PyAIM, please try out the new version and  
report back anything odd you see.  Ideally, report it at  
www.blathersourceorg.  However, if you have questions or simply would  
rather report/talk about it here... Please feel free.
